HEATHER
I am Dr. Steely’s office manager and patient coordinator. Most of the time, I am the person who will answer any questions you may have regarding procedures or our office when you call. At your initial consultation, I will greet you and bring you to our consultation room. Here I will answer any of your questions and explain the procedure to you. After you meet with Dr. Steely and he performs an exam, I will bring you back to my office and provide you with information to take home and your quote. If you are interested in financing, I can assist you in applying or provide you with the information necessary so you can take it home to apply later. Once your consultation is over, I am always available by phone or email to answer any additional questions you may have.

Behind the scene, I am Dr. Steely’s office manager. I have worked here for over four years, and throughout this time I have worked with Dr. Steely to create a comfortable and pleasing experience for the patients from the initial phone call to your ongoing post-operative visits. Regardless of your question before or after surgery, I am always available to assist you!

Working for Dr. Steely is very easy because not only is he a great boss, but a fantastic surgeon. I enjoy the atmosphere in our office and working with patients to achieve their goals. It is extremely rewarding to be involved in the transformation that patients go through.

CINDY
I am Dr. Steely’s clinical assistant and the medical aesthetician for our office. I have a passion for helping others understand skin care. I have over 8 years of experience in plastic surgery and the skin care industry. I am trained and certified to perform: laser hair removal, IPL (photofacial), endermologie, microdermabrasion, corrective and rejuvenating facials, plus many strengths of chemical peels. I regularly attend continuing education classes to discover new and innovative procedures.

In addition to helping patients with their skin care needs, I work with Dr. Steely as his clinical assistant. In this role, I assist Dr. Steely in the exam rooms before and after surgery. I will be the familiar face throughout your entire experience to make you feel as comfortable as possible. It is a privilege to work for board certified plastic surgeon Dr. R. Lee Steely.

ANGELA
I am Dr. Steely’s front desk coordinator. I am here to greet you initially at all of your appointments throughout your experience at our office. Following your check-in at my desk, I will be here to assist you with your patient paperwork, and to address any initial questions you may have. Upon your check-out, I will help you schedule your follow-up appointments with Dr. Steely.

Through studying as a communications major at the University of Houston, I have a love for people! I enjoy taking care of our patients and helping make their experience as smooth and pleasurable as possible. Throughout my time working at our office, I have learned so much from Dr. Steely. I am proud to work for such a knowledgeable, down-to-earth and caring doctor, who can take someone through a journey to an amazing body transformation.

ADDITIONAL STAFF
On occasion, we bring in nurses and other medical personnel to assist Dr. Steely in our office. Prior to coming to our office, Dr. Steely has known and worked with each of these temporary assistants for several years. He has personally selected each one based on their experience and personality.
