At Steely Plastic Surgery, we strive to offer our patients one-of-a-kind personalized care in a comfortable environment, while also providing privacy and convenience.
The lobby at Steely Plastic Surgery was expanded in late 2019. It is our goal to limit the amount of time you spend in our lobby as we know your time is valuable.
At your consultation, you will complete light paperwork and then meet with the office manager or patient coordinator to discuss the procedures you are interested in. Afterward, you will meet with Dr. Steely in the consultation room to further discuss the procedures and answer any immediate questions you may have. From there, we move to an exam room.
At Steely Plastic Surgery, we have different types of exam rooms for different sets of procedures. Some rooms are utilized for the initial exam at your consultation, preoperative and post-operative office visits. We have additional exam rooms for non-surgical treatments, such as Botox and Fillers. We strive to ensure you are as comfortable as possible while at our office.
The surgical facility at Steely Plastic Surgery is accredited by the American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). Facilities accredited by the AAAASF undergo an intensive accreditation process, similar to what major hospitals undergo, to provide the highest level of patient care. We are proud to be accredited by the AAAASF, meeting the rigorous standards of excellence and commitment to patient safety.
Our 2000 sq. ft. surgical facility features a modern operating room and post-operative recovery area with the latest in medical equipment and supplies. Surgeries performed at our facility are very similar to surgeries performed by Dr. Steely at hospitals and/or other surgery centers. A board certified anesthesiologist, registered nurse and certified scrub technician are utilized to ensure safety, comfort and peace of mind. Dr. Steely personally selects all staff members for the operating facility based on first-hand experience with these professionals at other hospitals or operating facilities. All members of our surgical team have full privileges to perform their duties at Houston area hospitals.
In a relaxing and comfortable environment, you will enjoy a variety of facials, chemical peels and other treatments. Our medical aesthetician has over 15 years of experience providing quality skin care treatments and will tailor a regimen unique for your specific needs.

A testimonial from a patient of Dr. Steely about her experience in our surgical facility
“I am almost 30, with two young children, and was interested in having a little repair work in the form of breast augmentation as a little gift for myself. I chose Dr. Steely based on his credentials and his awesome reviews. I prefer a natural look proportionate for my figure and the before and after photos on his website were beautiful. I am currently four days post-op and could not be happier with the entire experience. My results are already better than expected, and my recovery is going very well. Dr. Steely even called me the afternoon after my surgery to check on me. My operation was in the office, which I highly recommend. It was very relaxing and actually fun! It is already a comfortable environment, and basically removed any anxiety I might have had in a hospital environment. Dr. Steely was right there when I woke up in recovery, which lasted less than an hour. I felt remarkably well by the time I got home! Basically, I did a lot of research and Dr. Steely exceeded my expectations. I cannot believe how good my results are already! The entire staff, Heather, Cindy, and Angela, are sweet, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. They answered all of my questions without hesitation and never made me feel like I was intruding on their time. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes for my appointments, and the office never felt over busy or unorganized. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself, an awesome reward after having my two precious babies! I will refer him to everyone!”
More Information on AAAASF
To become accredited, the surgical facility at Steely Plastic Surgery had to meet specific requirements determined the Board of Directors at the AAAASF. These requirements include detailed written protocols for: general operating room policies and procedures, equipment maintenance, safety and emergency protocols, quality control and patient recovery room procedures. Additionally, the operating room had to meet precise requirements, including overall size, layout and specific flooring, walls and doorways. A biomedical technician annually tests all equipment and instruments located in the surgical facility. A thorough inspection is performed by an AAAASF inspector, who evaluates the facility, equipment and protocols. The inspector maintains a portfolio of AAAASF requirements and verifies that every standard is properly maintained and executed. After passing this intensive accreditation process, the surgical facility at Steely Plastic Surgery will continue ongoing compliance with the AAAASF standards. The facility will be inspected every three years to ensure all AAAASF standards are maintained, and an annual peer review is conducted between official inspections.
